Dan has served as my mentor for the last 2, going on 3, years. I was a “task master” that needed guidance on how to become a vocal leader and manager of others. Before our first meeting, Dan asked me to come prepared with a list of my strengths vs. weaknesses. This simple self-evaluation is a theme that has carried through our meetings since.
