My journey began in the world of competitive tennis, coaching at five Paralympic Games and helping to develop the disabled tennis model in the U.S. This experience in elite sports provided invaluable lessons in resilience, adaptability, and tailored coaching—insights that now shape my approach to executive coaching and soft skills development. Today, I specialize in guiding technically-minded professionals—data scientists, IT specialists, engineers, doctors, and more—who may be new to or unfamiliar with the world of soft skills.
